Great local company. Sorted a hire out for me last minute due to being let down by enterprise. Easy service.. helpful staff. Would definately recommend them

Avoid terrible rude owner

Beware if you ever have to deal with the owner. Rude and unprofessional. Hired a van as I had a family bereavement and had to drive to Holland. On the A1 I had a flat tyre. Van did not have the correct tools to lower the tyre or to take the flat tyre off. Called the “emergency” number RSD had on their paperwork at 05:50 to be met with the owner answering the phone shouting and swearing saying if I knew what time it was. Explained what happened to be told I damaged the tyre and to sort it myself. He kept insisting tools available on the van we’re correct and hung up on me. Had to wait 5 hours for a call out I arranged myself which resulted in me missing the ferry. No phone call back at all from the owner to check if I was safe and if I got it sorted. When I dropped the van back off Julie also advised the van DIT NOT have the right tools. Owner was going to pay £150 call-out but no other cost I incurred as the new ferry and because I damaged the tyre I would owe him for the tyre.

Very local for me, friendly and helpful staff- offered the size of long wheel base van at an acceptable price.
Would endeavour to use these all the time . Thanks.
