I couldn't ask for a better service , our boiler stopped working and with young children we were desperate for hot water , we contacted tony and he was with us within 24 hours of the initial call, he had come out and fixed the boiler with no fuss, he was very polite and professional.

It happened again a few months later and i contacted tony and he said he would call me back an hour later. True to his word he contacted me and took time out of his day to explain what was required to resolve the issue , he was very kind and took his time to explain thoroughly step by step. Tony came to our house within an hour of calling, unfortunately our boiler could not be repaired but he ordered a new one, Tony and Danny came and fitted it within 24 hours. Fantastic service both extremely professional and friendly despite the biting cold as ours is an outside boiler. They well deserved their bacon baps and hot drinks. Superb service, Thank You.

I live in Sticker and I had a problem with my boiler. Tony spent ages on the phone getting me to try things to reset it to avoid a call out charge - which I thought was awesome.
He had to come out to find that we had a leak on the gas bottles.
He and Danny fixed the problem. His communication was second to none and his charges for the callout and subsequent boiler service were very reasonable.
This guy came out within hours of the problem developing and helped to sort it without charging the earth - I can't recommend him enough. Best Gas Engineer I've come across
