Poor product qulity and customer service

Very disappointing experience with Rap Industries Ltd: Poor Quality product cannot be returned as it is custom made - why selling products of such poor quality in the first place? Also, before the product arrived I got 3 phone calls asking me "if there is anything else we can do". When I raised my concerns regarding the product the reply is a one line:Thank you for your email, I am sorry you are not happy with your screens, please refer to the attached link, regarding our returns policy. --- No further explanation.
Anyone thinking about doing business with Rap be careful.
