Avoid...Left unhappy with a decked area where only 1 screw was used per decking board on joists. Had a few snags that we had and confirmed to sort out, two no shows to rectify. Disappointed as from a distance work looked good but on close inspection not. Wish I'd held back on % payment to complete the rectifications and cost of deck screws and 5hrs of our time sorting it. Calls/messages and Facebook blocked on commenting.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company are bodge it and scarper merchants! They built the whole of our decking with just 1 fixing in the middle of each board where they meet a joist. As a result, the decking boards were rocking within a week. We have tried repeatedly to contact them to rectify the issues but our calls and messages have been blocked. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!

Had to give the one star but its not even worth that! Paid for a garden revamp last year. Decking has all weeds growing through, shoddy work & could be completely lifted up. Advised by trading standards, we’re now in the final stages of court procedings. Gave the company ample opportunity to come & rectify the work but they blocked all phone numbers/wats app/facebook so we could not contact. Ignored all forms off correspondance at the address! Shocking work & customer service!

Absolutely shocking work. We paid this company just under £2000 and the work is that shocking we have had to send videos/pictures to trading standards today. We gave ample opportunities for them to come and rectify the work! Completely ignore messages & phonecalls. Called off another number & they answered!! We have tried to be amicable as much as we can but just kept bring ignored so now under the comsumers act 2015 we have been advised to take the legal route as these are not willing to answer calls let alone co-operate!! Avoid at all costs, we work hard for our money and what should have been a luxury has ended up a disaster!!!
