Randal has an excellent manner and shares his intention for his treatment from first assessment. All progress is continued with the same care and professionalism.
I started treatment in early September 2021 for severe incontinence following surgery. I have had regular visits to Randal and in brief I have benefited from his skills which has brought me peace of mind and improvements. I consider my sessions to be good value for money and intend to continue with the treatment.

I call Randal my Magic Man! I have been seeing him since April after making the decision to try the Acupuncture route before surgery & he has been an integral part of my journey to get better!
From the 1st telephone conversation I knew Randal was an extraordinary human!
He immediately understood what I was going through mentally & physically & I found this extremely comforting after such a traumatic time with my health.
I have been having weekly Acupuncture with Randal & on the very odd occasion when I have missed a session my Mum has commented saying that she had noticed a difference in my mindset & that I needed to get an appt in!
Randal has a wonderful way, he has a great sense of humour and a brilliant story teller which always brings joy to my appointments!
I finally decided to go down the surgery route and Randal was fully supportive in my decision and has helped me incredibly.

Randal recently treated my 11 year old son who had healing complications and pain after surgery on his stomach. As a result of yet treatment my son was able be pain free and was also able to get back to playing sport much earlier than he would have been without acupuncture. An absolutely godsend both physically and mentally. Randal is incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute expert. I trusted him to treat my son 100% and my son enjoyed the sessions and I think secretly enjoyed being able to brag to his friends about being so brave with needles even though he had no discomfort with them and sailed through the sessions. I would highly recommend Randal for anyone who has an ailment that they would like to speed up the recovery time of or reduce the pain. He made a bid difference in allowing us to be able to get back to our normal life more quickly. An absolute professional and achieved success where we had run out of options with standard medical treatments.

Randal is very patient and understanding and is able to guide you to the right treatment. While the treatment was very relaxing it also helped with a prolonged issue I had. The results with my neck pain after a couple of sessions were fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Randal Pinto is very good at his job. This is reason enough for a good review. However he is also one of the kindest most compassionate people I have met. You feel your health and wellbeing are in very safe hands and I am very, very grateful that we have access to this sort of healthcare
