Service, what service?

Took a 3 year old mower for it's annual service. Told it would be ready in 5-7 days. 2 weeks later contacted Rams Hill. Yes it would be ready that afternoon. Went to pick up on the Saturday - shut. No return to my calls. Eventually picked it up. They weren't certain it had been serviced, looked underneath and then charged us for this anyway.
Mower ran terribly with black smoke billowing out and engine missing. On our 4th trip there they suddenly replaced the spark plus, which we were promised was new and replaced the oil filter, which also should have been done.
I wish I had read the other review before embarking on this escapade. Just wanted a good mower service with good customer service. Sadly neither available at Rams Hill

Chainsaw disaster

Took my chainsaw in for service and repair. Left it with them for 2 weeks & went to collect & it was not ready! Waited another week and collected it. There was no improvement so have just taken it somewhere else locally. They told me there were broken parts and that theses had not been fixed - there was no evidence that rams hill had ever done a service. Do not use unless you want to throw your money away!!!
