Hi there, I am Neil-Olivier Macsween.

Here’s some information about me and some of the things I like doing, so you can understand my personal motivations and ideas behind my workout programmes.

I grew up and lived for many years in France, I have been living in Bristol for seven years and I love living in a vibrant city that has so much going for it.

What I like to discover in my clients is their ambition and drive. I am very much a people person, we are all unique and different in our own ways, and I look for the positive aspects in people. If they have ambitions goals, or even fear, I want to try to help them with their chosen focus. Anything is possible!

I thrive on being busy and as active as possible. My biggest passion lies with understanding and communicating with people from different walks of life.

Neil has a unique approach to physical fitness which I find very appealing as a middle aged bloke used to lots of activity who now wakes up feeling a bit stiffer than he used to!his flexibility classes are an enjoyable challenge for everyone to stretch themselves (quite literally!) rather further than they have done before.i come out feeling rather energised and knowing it’s done me good.There is lots of personal attention for each participant and no sense of competition.i would thoroughly recommend Neil’s classes for folks of middle years looking to stay fairly supple and maybe shaking off an injury

I believe it important to tailor the Stretch &Poise class to my clients regardless their age, flexibility abilities and injuries. One of many unique points, this class has . Indeed, even after the first session; and after every sessions, "we" feel the difference within us. Thank you, i am pleased you enjoy this class a lot.

Fighting ageing!

Neil is enthusiastic and personable. His class provides a thorough top to toe stretch which will, I hope, counteract some of the strains caused by a lifetime of sport. Neil watches carefully to make sure that we are making the right moves and takes into account our individual strengths and weaknesses. And his class is good value for money!

It is important to consider each strengths &weaknesses to improve the postures and a lot more too .. leading to a greater wellbeing (&of course a safe session) for every attendee. Positivity is contagious

Stretch classes

I enjoyed my classes with Neil he works hard to make them fun and helpful. He shows every exercise, does it with you and constantly corrects anything not being done right. I had to stop the classes because of a previous injury but would recommend the classes to anyone.

Yes, balancing clarity, quality & fun in my sessions are parts i find important also. Feel free to join us again once your injury is more manageable and we'll get your body to rebalance around it in your body's own time.

Very Inclusive of all ages/ abilities/ injuries

Really enjoyed these sessions. Neil is very good at accommodating different abilities and injuries, always adapting to the specific needs of each person with foam pads and other aids or variations on stretches etc so each person is catered for :)
