Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful stuff

The person answered the phone was very rude and unfriendly. I tried to book through the Groupon vouchers .
When I asked what sort of result I must expect from the treatment, she was puzzled. In a very unacceptable tone, she replied whether I was questioning the treatment or the ability of the person doing it. I said this reply is rude. She said cancel your vouchers, i do not want you. shocked!

Poor service- ended up cancelled voucher with provider

Booked a voucher for 2 through Groupon and when I called to book ahead of time, I was told to call 2 weeks prior to the date I wanted to go in. However, when I did back in touch, I was not offered any suitable dates and when I asked to speak to someone, they said they only dealt with emails and messages. They were totally inflexible in their approach or accommodation and were rude. I ended up cancelling my voucher directly with Groupon as I do not have any faith in their service level and do not want to be their customer.

Amazing Massage

I came here for a massage with my husband. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The massage was amazing; one of the best I have ever had. It was so relaxing and thorough. Thank you very much!

I have been a regular customer here for years I come in regularly for routine mani, pedi, facials and waxing. Shawn is the best for waxing! She's so fast I barely feel any pain!
