Lovely Lady

Rachel is a lovely lady. very warm, welcoming, understanding, and makes you instantly comfortable. If you have any further questions outside of your appointment she replies quickly. Rachel explained things very well and provided great set out plans when working with her. I also very much appreciated the summary email at the end of each session detailing what we discussed, plans till our next appointment, and additional useful information.

A great reassuring session with good guidance.

Rachel was very approachable and thorough. She gave me clear and detailed advice, and answered my many questions, some at a quite detailed level. This was followed up by an email which I have referred to again recently. Her advice was easy to understand and follow. A great reassuring session with good guidance.
