Messaged Rich on Facebook having been let down by a number of plumbers previously. He was very responsive to my message, with communication remaining exceptional throughout the process. The work completed is faultless, he helped with purchasing additional bits that we needed, and was flexible when things didn’t go quite to plan. A really fantastic service from start to finish, won’t hesitate to contact again for any future work required.

This was the first time I used Richard and Josh for any plumbing work and it definitely won’t be the last time! Both very nice chaps who did an amazing job of installing a new hot water cylinder and increasing my hot water flow drastically as well as giving me some invaluable advice on how to run it. They also replaced a basin mixture tap and unblocked an outside drain. Working in one of the hottest days of the year in a loft was like mission impossible but they both worked through and got the job done. The price was very justified for the work they put in, for the equipment installed and the difference it will make. If you’re reading this review to decide whether to book these guys you don’t need to look any further!

Seamless, I explained what I needed, he came in excellent time to take a look. Explained what each part would cost and his labour. Agreed and came out within a few days and installed. All completed. Marvelous!

We moved into our new home and found no water running to the shower. We found Richard via facebook and phoned him. He said he would be with us in a couple of hours, given it was a Saturday we were super happy he agreed to come out. He arrived on time and fixed the issue. We asked him if he could replace the loo for us the following week, he sourced the right item for us, gave us a price for the job and arrived as promised to do the work which was completed quickly and tidily.
On the two times Richard has been in our home he has been friendly and cheerful. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and was happy to advise us on a few things we are considering going forward. In short, he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for the price he gave us......and with a smile on his face - you can't ask for more than that!
