R Young & Sons French Polishing Ltd has been trading since 2006 and is continuing the family trade which dates back to 1873. Trained at the London College of furniture and with over 30 years experience, we pride ourselves on our high quality workmanship for all of our residential and commercial customers. As our company continues to grow we are able to offer our services Nationwide.
We carry out the finishing and restoration to your domestic pieces such as coffee tables, dining tables, kitchen units, floors, paneling, and staircases.
We offer our services to National Trust properties, listed properties, country homes, manor houses, museums, hotels, bars, restaurants, universities and offices.
We provide a personal, friendly and reliable service to all of our residential and commercial customers. Using our traditional skills and modern techniques we have the knowledge for achieving the exact finish for your furniture.
Our finishes include hand french polishing, which we apply in the traditional way dating back over 100 years, modern lacquering to leave your furniture with that authentic look and feel and spray finishes carried out in our purpose built spray booth.
