DISAPOINTING LIES
Had my Q7 serviced.
Received bill + long list of items checked.
This was a lie as I had coolant level issue prior and warning notified. This was ticked and also verbally confirmed. And next day a warning again so I checked, confirmed low levels and filled myself. Sure... YouTube search I found this simple, trivial.
What is irritating is not the error. But the lie and denial by management & refusal to admit or refund. This process of pretend, charge, deny is what tricksters do.
What else did you pretend to check but didn't?
I run my own desk based engineering company. I employ 22. My team make mistakes. We admit, apply discounts, move on.
When u interpret a firm like these mechanics as professional grafters & skilled, but are subjected to such dishonesty it is astonishing.
Haslemere has a lot of well off and wealthy, many of whom work behind a desk & know nothing under a bonnet. Rich pickings.

RT Mechanics is by far the best car servicing business I have ever dealt with in 35 years of driving! They are always helpful, friendly, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. After using them now for over 8 years, I trust them completely to do a great job with total integrity.

Excellent Service for both our Volvo'ss

Russell and Andy Thompson have looked after our XC90 and XC70 for many years and we cannot fault their polite and efficient service and their guidance in maintaining both cars which are now over 9 years. Our cars have always been returned on time and we have no hesitation in recommending RT Mechanics to any Volvo owner

First Class Volvo Servicing

Have been using RT Mechanics for the last 4 years to look after my Volvo XC70 and would not now consider going anywhere else. They provide a comprehensive service at a competitive price. Russell and the team are extremely knowledgeable and ensure that you are advised of any costs before they are incurred. In all my years of car ownership, I have never had cars serviced so thoroughly. Staff on Reception have always been very helpful and polite, offering the use of a courtesy car or lift to local railway station, if required. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.
