We had problems with our boiler when the weather was very cold and, as my husband has cancer, it was crucial that we had heating. All of the team we had contact with at RTM were just brilliant - kind, caring, polite and communicative - Lynsey, Tracey, Ross, Daniel, Ryan and particularly Brogan - who spent the most time in our home, trying and succeeding in solving the problem We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, tidy, respectful team who put us at ease and who we were comfortable to have working in our home. It’s great to see so many young, professional people, excelling in their work and we are very glad we found you.

I contacted RTM after being let down by a company I’ve used before, it was a smallish job but one I needed fixed to keep my dad from burning himself accidentally on hot water. The two plumbers turned up as expected and were quick to sort the issue and correct a previous plumbers fault. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Excellent company for central heating and plumbing works

Excellent service and attention to possible problem with boiler. All attended to very quickly and most helpful advice given by expert staff who examined all issues in great depth. Very content with RTM service and will continue to use them for boiler servicing and all related issues. A great company which I would definitely recommend for central heating and all plumbing works.

Great service

Broghan was very knowledgeable and efficient.
He left my kitchen very tidy and did a great job too. Lynsey in the office is very helpful too.
Both were very friendly .

Oil Boiler Service

We were recommended to this Firm by a neighbour.
The Engineers who attended were very thorough in checking our complete boiler and heating system and I would say that they carried out the most comprehensive service that my boiler has ever received.
They were very polite and professional and I will certainly use them again in the future.
