Poor service they leave vunerable disabled person without shower who needs shower due to medical issue

Hi not sure if this is the right Caldicotts if it is just to say thank you to the Man you sent to do my end of drive and the pavement RE: Citizen Housing he has done a great job so please can you pass it on to him many thanks.

mould on the walls, damp on the others, shower that leaks, no hot water the first week we moved in, old fag smell in spare room, dodgy painted walls, dirty house when we moved in, broken radiator, expensive electricity bill, kitchen with missing cupboard doors, and to top it off a horrible land lady called val who wont do anything to help you...does this sound like a house you'd rent for £400 a month?

they are money grabbers who dont care about their tenants!...

In June 2009 I had a lavatory installed for £3,513.14. This consisted of a washhand basin and an electricaly powered Saniflo. After a few months the effluent pipe burst. The next 2 years were a nightmare as the pipe fractured 3 times and was mostly without a toilet. Caldicott were always slow in getting work done.. Chasing them to do the work was a nightmare with numerous phone calls. At all times they were very polite but progress was slow. Eventually after the 3rd burst of the effluent pipe I contacted Saniflo and they recommended a plumber who replaced the defective pipe within 6 days at a cost of £132. I sent the bill onto to Caldicot together with photos and have received no response
