This was my number 1 place to go to for all PC Gaming, Tech repair/ help... Not anymore!
18 years later (10th Feb 2021) I contacted them via Whats App to help build my Gaming PC got 90% of all the parts myself just needed them to pick them up, build it and install windows and bring it back to me (Because I have no means of Transport) which they said was fine... and said to let them know when I have all the parts. Fast forward to (25th August 2021) said I had all the parts to pick up and they told me NO they don't do that (pick up and drop off) and asked where I heard that from but when asking said they'll see if anyone is free... which in turn said later that they won't do that anymore as the "Too busy" to do what they said now. So i asked 1 last time on Whats App if there anyways they could build my Gaming PC as I can't do it. Which they said they would call me when the free.
6 weeks later heard nothing back from them

Poor Service
1Bought a purpose-built computer with Windows 10 Installed. Paid for it on the 07/08/18. £717.82. Tried to run my first test vid on Windows Edge Browser, BBC page nothing but a green screen, same on Youtube. Then installed Google Browser Green Screen. Phoned and then told it was a problem with my broadband provider TalkTalk. Well everything works fine on my Acer and Lenovo laptop using TalkTalk. Surely it should have been fully tested before handing over to the customer.
Now the computer will not even start. So, it’s now back to my Acer PC and Lenovo laptop.

I can confirm that the problem you are experiencing is definitely NOT being caused by your broadband provider, but I believe you have possibly misunderstood the advice we have offered. The problem is that we are unable to resolve this problem remotely as your Broadband provider (TalkTalk) are blocking our remote access software, so the only way we can view the problem is if the computer is returned to us. All of our PC's are fully tested and go through thorough quality control check before being sold, so either something has been installed since we sold the PC which is causing the issue, or a fault has developed. Either way please contact us and we can get this resolved.
