Dishwashers don't tend to have much sentimental value, but ours has a backstory, so we are very grateful to Bob Norris for giving it a new lease of life. The part we needed is no longer available, and he made a part himself. We are so chuffed we won't have to replace it, just because of one tiny bit that wasn't working. The planet needs more Bobs!

Old school trustworthy.

Really great, Bob has a reassuring range of know how, he does know his stuff.
He anticipated the likely cause of our dishwasher malfunction and had a spare part with him.
He is a bit old school, he comes when arranged and doesn’t engage in those awful electronic reminders which so often result in a no show.
