waited many months for our windows, the company kept coming back to remeasure eveen after they had the architects plans with all the measurements and the building regs.
Dispite giving as a quote based on this, the amount seemed to keep changing. Fitting was ok, but the sills for our bifold doors were the wrong size and they were very reluctant to put it write. am still missing window keys and a sill. have a problem with them supplying the wrong front door which they insist is correct. I ordered a composite door and got a upvc one and ther was no consultation about the glass that went in it. Customer service is non existant appart from demands for money! Have used other companies on projects in the past and have had no problems at all. chosse RJM as they told us all there products were manufactured in house. We could tell from lables on products when they arrived that this was a lie. would not recommend this company at all.

Very good quality of work by the fitters who worked hard and cleaned up afterwards.
Our problem was with customer service, there was none! What should have been a 4-5 week job took nine weeks because fitters were frequently employed elsewhere finishing other jobs and we had to wait days for them to come back. Weather was no excuse, there was only one day of rain during the whole process. Had to frequently leave messages and did not even get acknowledgements for the payments we made.

Had nothing but leaks in my garden room since it was done at xmas have been waiting four weeks now with three buckets and towels on the floor to catch water coming through the new piece of roof! Promised phone calls not received things not carried through. Items damaged by the leaks. £9000 of stress wish i had not had it done! Very poor workmanship and customer service i am afraid

Hello RJM. Just wanted Rob and the team to know that we are delighted with our new windows and also for the cleaning up the fitters did afterwards. Only wish we had done it earlier. Wonderful job all round.

Had to wait longer than though but at the end of the day the workmanship was outstanding a lot of praise must go to Phil,Mike and Zac .All work was completed to the highest standard very clean and tidy team -A CREDIT TO ROB AND RJM thank you
