RJ Lifts - Save money and shop around for a cheaper alternative

Quotes given do not break-down labour or parts. The hourly rate is way overpriced and the customer service is non-existent. The company is only interested in the money they make from customers and they couldn't care less once the job is done. On a previoius occasion, they advised that new batteries were required for a lift yet when the original batteries recharged, they worked pefectly! Good job they were not purchased. I don't trust this company and will not be using them again.

Used RJ Lifts, after they won a tender bid, and my gosh are we glad they won. They have been outstanding. Lifts all maintained and managed well, no issues at all. Been with them now 3 years, with a 4th year being added after a successful run. Wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Industry.

Unfortunately, I gave this company far too much credit and kept holding out hope that they would somehow be professional in any sense of the word, to be let down at every aspect.
After many issues raised, I was contacted by 'Helen' to give her all the information so she can look into it. Completely ignored for months 'again', despite a reminder from myself to all 7 contacts each time I received 'another' RJ email being asked for money for a new contract.
Last week I was FINALLY called by a Regional Manager - Warren, told to 'contact him directly', only to find out he has been copied in to 'every' email already... From 2 months (Though the original issues emailed 6 months prior) without a response despite me being a 'valued customer they don't wish to lose'.

We're now another week down the line and close to 3 months without anyone being bothered to address a single issue we've received : )
