5Firstly on the shop floor we have been given some really good advice to make flooring choices and never felt rushed or under pressure.
Delivery of the flooring has always been on time as requested and promised (The advisory call before each delivery is a nice touch and proved usefull to make space etc.) The delivery driver is always friendly, helpful and quick at transfering the flooring to the house as we live on a busy road.
After installing a recent floor, a few design and practicality questions came to light regarding mat wells and trims. I called RGN for some advice and was impressed with the time given to answer my questions and the practicality of the information, which allowed me to do a decent job with the right products and quantity of material.
