RGM Ltd was established in Swansea in 1972 and although we have become one of the largest vehicle body repairers in the region, we remain a family run business. During this time the motor trade has seen tremendous change both in the way that cars are built and in their equipment levels. Increasingly complex vehicles, packed with electronic components and accessories, manufactured to higher standards and supplied with better paint finishes makes repairing them more demanding each year. Working alongside the training division of the Thatcham Research Institute our aim has always been to put quality first - every time. We have adopted their high standard and as the motor industry has evolved over the years we have continually adapted and changed with it to ensure that our commitment to quality is maintained.

Terrible repair

Took our pick up to RGM to have a dent repaired.What should have been a fairly straightforward repair turned into a nightmare! When we had our vehicle back we noticed that the back (canopy) was leaking (puddles). We found that the canopy hadn’t been put back on correctly and that there was 17 other faults as a result of RGM’s supposed repair!! One of them being that tow hitch hadn’t been connected back up properly! Workshop manager’s response was when we took it back (3 times) was “he’d never seen a dry pick up”!! It definitely was not leaking before the repair and we felt as if we were made out to be lying! After taking it to another garage ‘Campailla’ Llanelli- who we highly recommend, it is now not leaking at all and the 17 faults have been corrected.

Rude! Terrible service! Avoid RGM!!
