First time user of Richard Bristley, chimney sweep yesterday
Very obliging with flexible dates on my initial call with him
He really did juggle his diary to accommodate me
He arrived property on the day, a genuinely very happy chap who explained the entire process and time schedules.
This was a fabulous result and EXCELLENT service This chap comes highly recommended and I’ll be sure to have him visit on a regular timescale 10/10

I can not write a review of chimney being swept as we have none in action BUT I can write about Mr Richard Bristley himself.
We can not praise him enough as a person. On Thursday evening October 30th 2019 he was SO VERY caring to a complete stranger who needed, help putting the injured person before himself.
He came to do a job across the road, when he heard our cries for help & came running. He took over the situation straight away calling the ambulance & for an hour in the cold, he knelt at my partners head comforting him while pressing on his continually bleeding head wound from a fall.
We can not THANK HIM ENOUGH for what he did. He is a lovely man, so I hope this review can help him with his business.
