HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Have used this company for 15 years. With their professional advise I have bought scooters, had annual services and recently had a major repair done after an accident. They provided a service scooter whilst mine was in their workshop. Good repair done as quickly and returned to me as quickly as they could to get me back on the road.
Have recommended them to friends who have been very pleased with their helpful and friendly service. A real traditional company who do everything they can to provide each client with the. best service appropriate especially to them. Well done. guys.

Terrible lack of service, wouldn't recommend !!!

Terrible service !!!!! An appointment was made for this morning to repair a rise and recline chair for a Parkinsons Disease sufferer. Got a call at 9.30am from the lady in the office to say engineer has been ringing me all morning. I had no missed calls , texts or messages from anyone. Basically, he wasn't coming. Very unreliable company, definatly wouldn't recommend them to anyone !!!

you were called twice @ 8:00am and 8:15am, you were also advised when you originally booked the call that you must answer the phone when the engineer calls you on route or we will not attend as you can appreciate we have had a lot of wasted journeys in the past these type of calls are both costly and cause lengthy waiting times for our customers.
