The success of our company has been marked by its rapid development from a small shop in Davenport with 1 dressmaker into a new outlet in Handforth employing several fully experienced and qualified tailors providing outstanding customer service.

Clothes Ruined. Stay Away

Given a brand new jacket just to shorten the sleeves - I asked for them an inch longer than he marked. The Tailor made them way too short, charged £35.00 & the item smelt strongly of cigarettes on return.
Excellent jacket ruined. Really poor service!

Shockingly bad!

Absolutely shocking! Messed up hundreds of pounds worth of curtains. Gave them 3 curtains, 2 of one width and 1 of another width. They took one from the pair and cut it to the same length as the single curtain. Blamed it on us, got aggressive, took the money and told me to * off. Lied about someone else being in the shop when we took them in. Threw the curtains at me and told me he was going to * me up!

Excellent zip replacement!

My favourite coat needed a long zip replacement and the quote was very good. The service was professional and very pleasant. The replacement zip is great.
I have had quite a few alterations done there over the past few years and found the quality of work to be excellent. All items have been done in either a few days or within the week.
