Car Scratched whilst in their garage

The service they provided was fine however on collection the delivery driver contacted me and sent photos showing that my car door was scratched while in their garage and no one is taking responsibility. Despite the scratch clearly being fresh, they're claiming it must've been done before the car arrived. My car was not scratched before it arrived.

Hi Shereen, We're disappointed to see you only left us a 1-star review. We completed the work on your Mini to a high standard, replacing the timing chain and variable valve sprockets. Your vehicle was dropped off out of hours one evening and left for us to start work the next day. From speaking to the technician who worked on your vehicle, the scratch was noted to be there, alongside other damage on the vehicle, when work started. We have also reviewed our CCTV and cannot see any objects come into contact with your vehicle while on our forecourt or in the workshop. We are sure this scratch happened before the car arrived with us. As you'll see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on delivering a 5-star experience, and in the majority of cases we're happy to see that our customers have felt like we've met and even exceeded this. Excellent - Pretty Well Faultless

Excellent service from both Steph and Rob - with both the selling and the buying being 'plain sailing' throughout. Between them they made purchasing our new Citroen a very straightforward process with no complications. The process was very efficient throughout in respect of both communications and any associated actions wherever necessary. Pretty well faultless. A breath of fresh air in new car buying.

Amazing very experienced polite courteous and efficient highly recommended would always use them

I first attended Quest Motors in June and we realised i was missing certain paperwork. A lovely young man could Matthew gave me the advise what to do and then to come back to him, After sorting the paperwork out I returned to Matthew who remembered me straight away. I explained my position to Matthew he did all he could to get the car I wanted & ready in 6 days, it should if taken 7 days but took 6. i also was housebound, Matthew picked me up and brought me home when I was choosing my car & when it was ready Matthew picked me up again. This was my best experience Matthew was kind polite very courteous he went up and above his job. The other sales Executives were just as friendly I am anxious about going places and they did all they could to make me feel calm. Thank you Matthew and the Braintree branch for making me feel at ease and keeping your promising . I would give 10/10 if I could to. highly recommended. Thank you guys x and loving my new Citreon C3 Flair it drives like a dream
