Great care was taken of my cat after seizure.

I had exceptional service from the 2 vets I had seen re my cat Mia's seizures. I got an emergency appointment for Mia on the day of her first seizure. The vet gave her a good checking over and listened to her heart. This was a great relief to us as we were terrified at the outcome of a seizure. They spoke to my family and I to explain about Mia and had patience and answered all our questions. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.

Avoid

1
Avoid this clinic. The prices are massively inflated, the customer service is terrible. Also, they handed my pet back to me she had wet herself and been left in her cat box covered, when I complained they denied it. I have since changed vets and the difference is night and day. Also, every time I attended there was a different vet, which doesn’t reflect well in my opinion

Ok but could do better

My dog is a frequent visitor to the vets and although they take great care of him I would like to see the same vet whenever possible. Lately however, we seem to get a different vet every visit. Also at his annual health check he was not given the full check such as ears, teeth and sounding of his breathing and heart. An oversight I'm sure but it certainly made us think of other options for his treatment.
