I booked queen of the castles for my sons 1st birthday party along with 2 different soft plays, the popcorn, candy floss and slush machine. The queen of the castle stuff we’re very professional and friendly throughout the day. The candy floss and popcorn was fresh, the slush wasn’t watery and the servings were generous, which the children loved, A lovely day was enjoyed by all who attended the party, and my guest is still talking about the event. Thank you for a amazing day. I will definitely be recommending you to others, and look forward to re-hiring your services in the near future.

Polite and professional from beggining to end with Queen of Castles! A first class business, who really care about the customer experience! Arrived early, and set up without a fuss, nothing was too much. Reasonably priced, a hit with the kids and adults alike! Thank you!

Queen of Castles is an amazing entertainment company which provides many different services and is ran by and independent hard working young female! Which is very rare and astonishing. This company provides many different serivces for both adults and children parties including slush puppies, bouncy castles, children's soft play, popcorn, candy floss and many more!!!! Along side having a vast selection to choose from they are able to travel all over London and the midlands for reasonable prices which many other company wouldn't offer!

Excellent service and soft play items

Natoyah did a splendid job with the set up, quality of the items and the service she provided. I have used very expensive companies and the service she offered was personal, value for money and a cut above the rest. She mild my childs birthday magical, nothing was to much trouble. It made a simple picnic in the park a magical party which everyone left talking about. Couldn't have done it without her, thank you Natoyah xxxx
