We asked Nathan to install porcelain slabs and a small area of Astro turf in our back garden in December. He said that it would take 2 weeks. I fully understand that the weather was poor, but this took until mid March to get completed. When i say completed, we have loose/broken tiles that have been glued together and laid, Aco drains that don't drain, Astro turf that was cut too small and then tried to blame the Astro turf company and damage to the render on our new house.
He clearly under quoted the job in order to get the work, i ended up buying over £450 of materials that were included in the quote such as slurry, spacers, sand, cement despite being quoted for.
