My experience with Quality Drainage co was first class. What I needed was professionals to work out the best way to clear a major blockage, which apparently was not straightforward and a previous "appointee" had not fancied doing the job and let me down! Ben, Dane and Dean just got on with the job using EMM and the bonus was that they got the job completed just within the first hour and charged me their lowest fee (One hour's rate). I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to trust the honesty and the professionalism of the engineers. Truly first class. Thank you.

Many thanks for your speedy response to my call for help on Sunday 28 April 2013 with the drainage problem.

I have been working in the UK since 1960 and I've never experienced a more efficient company such as yours. The first thing that impressed me was when I called you on the phone, you told me that you would send someone around within the hour. I was rather surprised when Dane turned up within about 15 minutes of me speaking to you.

When he arrived and I showed him the problem, he analysed it straight away and without any fuss got stuck into the job. He performed his task systematically with speed and efficiency and at the same time explained what had happened
and how to avoid such problems in future.

From the efficient manner in which Dane performed his task, I will have no hesitation in recommending your Company to any of my friends and contacts who may have a similar or related problem. Workers like Dane are not found easily and I think he is worth his weight in gold.
