I needed treatment urgently. A tooth had collapsed. I saw Charlotte Terry, who created an atmosphere of calm and competence. After a long and complex procedure, during which I experienced very little discomfort, I had a restored molar. I thought it was excellent value for money. I self fund because I think insurance policies don’t work if you care for your oral hygiene.

I had a fantastic time throughout my time at Quaintways. I often struggle to be comfortable at the dentist but I always find the team at Quaintways to be warm and comforting. Amazing quality of work also.

Superb service that took away my terror.

After 32 years of not attending any dentist due to abject terror due to a great deal of pain I was forced to bite the bullet, so to speak and I must admit that it only took one visit to remove the terror. All the people with whom I came into contact were wonderful, from the receptionist, to the dental assistants and the dentist herself. They were understanding and really lovely, never once admonishing me for lack of attendance and encouraging me along the whole visit. I can also say that I have felt no pain during treatment just the support of the dentist and assistant in the room. I cannot say that all fear has gone but after my third visit I find I am not worried about my visit at all. I would like to thank them all for the huge transformation in me and for removing the terror, they truely are exceptional.
