Quadrant lifts quickly despatched(same day) an engineer and his assistant. My through-floor domestic lift had been broken down for four days, and I was unable to descend to get on with normal life,
These two men were not fully acquainted with this lift model, which is manufactured in Northern Ireland, but they located engineers in both Ireland and England who helped them identify, after some discussion, the fault. Some new parts were needed and they guided me in ordering them from the manufacturers, for delivery next day. Before they left us, they showed my wife how to overcome the fault manually so that I could safely descend and ascend in the lift. Altogether, Quadrant's men demonstrated both a high level of engineering skill and an understanding of my difficulties as a disabled person. I highly recommend Quadrant.
