Our association with Quad began in the early eighties with the purchase of a 286 computer, printer and Pegasus Single User. We have over the years progressed to Pegasus Senior then Opera, Opera 2 and now Opera 3 The old 286 has given way to a network as our business has developed. As our business has progressed we find that Opera 3 is a perfect partner it is a program that has so many options and can be configured and tailored to accommodate many different types of business models. As Honda Power Equipment main dealers we find the serial number traceability feature particularly beneficial as all of the Honda products benefit from a 3, 5 or 7 year warranty, keeping track of each individual machine would be impossible without the traceability feature. We have always been delighted with the level of service we receive from Quad We benefit from their expertise in Opera, Networking and hardware support, they have always provided us with excellent response times whenever required.
