Paige is a really amazing personal trainer, as someone who lacked confidence in the gym she really supported me at the level I needed.
She was extremely knowledgable and encouraging in all aspects and pushed me out of my comfort zone.
I can’t recommend Paige enough

She made me fall in love with me again

I was new to the country and working out and Paige made me feel so comfortable. She has the perfect balance of pushing you but also knowing when you have hit your limit. I had a lot of work to do and she is so patience and really cares for your progress. Your goals become her goals. She is always upping her game to make sure she is brining you her best. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else

Highly recommend everyone to Paige! I’ve never been in a gym environment before and was needing some real guidance into the world and Paige was the perfect lady to guide and support me into it! Such a welcoming and lovely safe place, such a positive attitude towards her work and very encouraging!
Has some fab knowledge and has really helped guide me into a love for it myself too! Amazing, thank you 👏🏼✨

Paige has been super encouraging& motivating towards myself and my fitness journey. Ensuring that I feel comfortable at all times throughout the session and facilitating sessions towards my needs and goals.
The gym area itself is spacious and exceptionally clean, making this a good environment for me to use equipment freely and gain experience and exposure to the use of unfamiliar equipment.
Paige is so friendly& kind, again making it a good environment where someone can feel comfortable.
The one-one gym is really beneficial, especially for those who struggle with busy gyms/ areas like myself.

Amazing 💪🏻

As someone who struggles with their anxiety, a normal gym environment just wasn’t working for me. So when I found Paige I was so excited! Having the entire gym to myself and being able to work 1 on 1 with Paige was amazing. Since I’ve been working with Paige my anxiety levels in general life and not just around the gym have massively improved as well as my strength and fitness. Paige does a fantastic job in tailoring my sessions to my goals and is always so encouraging and motivating. The equipment is such high quality and always clean and ready to go. There is also a great range of equipment to use which is great as well. I couldn’t recommend Paige enough!! 10/10
