Purple Granite

This is probably one of the worst companies we’ve dealt with. We ordered our worktop after being referred by Madina Kitchens Ltd. We spoke to Luke and went ahead in placing the order. We asked Luke whether he was able to FaceTime us with the slab so we could get an idea of the veins running…! Unfortunately we received no call. The worktop arrived and looked totally different to the one seen at Madina. I flagged this up with the fitters but they simply told me to speak to Luke. This was in November 2023, since then the company is ignoring my calls and requests for a resolution. They were quick in calling me 2-3 times a day asking for payment but don’t seem to be bothered with the after sale service after they have received the money. There is zero customer service despite them having ample of time to rectify this. Customer service is not their priority and they’re simply after your money. We’re paying customer and feel deceived and let down by the way this situation is handled.
