Took my Pajero to be under-sealed, during the clean they found some areas the needed welding. Kept me informed but due to time constraints I had to return to get the under-sealing completed. I was kept informed all through the process. Although the premises are not posh the work they carried out was excellent. I was informed when I left that as part of the service I can return in a years time and they will inspect the work and if repairs to the under-seal need doing it is free of charge.
