Pulia derives its name and identity from the region of Puglia, or the heel of the boot in the south-east of Italy - a region best known for its rich soil, balanced Mediterranean climate and traditional cooking practices.
At Pulia, you find typical Apulian products ranging from focaccia, panzerotti and pizza rustica to different kinds of parmigiana, pastas and fresh salads. Our signature dessert is the famous pasticciotto from Salento, south of Puglia - it's our take on the custard tart. All our products are made by our Apulian chefs and according to local recipes and local ingredients.
You can also choose from a wide range of retail products, such as blended, monocultivar as well as flavoured olive oils, a selection of red and white wines as well as various pâtés, vegetables, tuna, pastas (orecchiette and capunti), all typical to the region. Our fresh cheeses are delivered weekly from our supplier in Andria and include a selection of mozzarellas and a special burrata.
