Had an issue with the front shifter on my Road bike. Called Pukker Bikes in the morning took it in at lunchtime. They fixed it there and then explaining exactly what they were doing and why while I watched. Great expertise and amazing service. This is my go-to Bike repair shop from now on.

Excellent prompt service

Highly recommend Graham. He is friendly, knowledgable and professional. He fixed the problem with the gears on my 30 year old bike the same afternoon that I first contacted him. Very pleased with the repair and excellent value for money. Will definitely use again, if the need arises.

Never normally leave Google reviews however Graham is a hidden gem. Called the night before and booked in the next afternoon. Fixed my gears as I had screwed them up messing about (thinking I knew more than I did) now buttery smooth, also adjusted my rear brake as it was rubbing - couldn’t recommend him more!
