Adult bed bugs are about 3/16” long and reddish-brown, with oval-shaped, flattened bodies. They are sometimes mistaken for ticks, cockroaches, carpet beetles or other household insects. The immature bed bugs (nymphs) resemble the adults, but are smaller and lighter in colour.

Solved the problem when another company failed.

Alan was recommended to me after another pest control company had not been able to solve my mouse infestation after 6 months and multiple visits. They had good reviews yet didn't seem to be able to get to the root of the problem in my case and I was despairing of being able to resolve it. Then Alan came along! Alan's approach was very different - he was a lot more knowledgeable about what the problems could be, and his methods were more advanced. I particularly liked the way he communicated what he was doing and why. After just a couple of visits my mouse problem was been solved completely - after having caused much stress and distress for the previous 6 months and more. I recommend him 100%.

Amazing and friendly service!!

We called about a mice problem in our flat. Alan came the same day shortly after the call. He was very friendly and professional, did a thorough job and gave us a lot of information about the problem. Absolutely recommended, honest with the prices too. We paid what was quoted to us with no extra surprises. If we have any other problems in the future we would not hesitate to contact Alan again! Thank you so much!

Very efficient and professional and understanding

I was extremely impressed by the outstanding service i received from this friendly, efficient and professional company. From the initial response to my phone call to the conduct of the technician and the final outcome, I could not have asked for kinder or more reassuring behaviour. The technician even came out of hours to deal with the large rat trapped in my kitchen and he went above and beyond in his inspection and securing of my property . I thought the charge was also extremely fair and all in all I cannot recommend Protect Pest Solutions too highly.

Wonderful and trusted service

Wonderful job from the team at Protech Solutions, Alan in particular helped us understand if we were having a flea infestation and through his lab partners identified exactly what we were dealing with (not fleas). He also came over to make sure we were in a pest-free home and treated the floors a couple of times. Alan truly went above and beyond, and we're very grateful to have found him! I would recommend Protech in a heartbit.
