At Project Fitness GB we believe that fitness is the key to improved lifestyle and mental health. No matter what your fitness level is, we work alongside you on your goals (eg. weight loss, muscle building, strength building, toning up etc) so you can be the best version of yourself.

Our Head Coach, Sean Hibbert is an Ex-Military PTI (Physical Training Instructor) and has always displayed a passion for health and fitness.

In February 2020, he opened up Project Fitness GB with the aim to create an inclusive community based gym that looks beyond just physical ability but the person as a whole.

We offer a range of services including; personal training, group based exercise classes, nutritional advice and open gym sessions. All of our weighted equipment is brand new and state of the art and we have a custom rig. Parking is free and also secured with 24 hour CCTV, which is a major bonus! We also have an onsite physiotherapist and sports massage therapist.

Your safety is our priority so we have a strict COVID policy in place.

This is a great little gym everyone is really friendly and we even though we are all at different fitness levels Sean the head coach adapts everything. I'd highly recommend

I am so thankful to have found this place. Sean the Head Coach is highly professional and knows his stuff. I was desperate to get back into fitness but I had issues with my back and so was cautious about taking part in a class. I noticed that Sean was a back specialist and this is what first attracted me to Project Fitness GB. After reaching out to Sean, he said that as I was new to functional fitness, I should just book one class and that if he could see I was struggling he would help me to scale the movement. Once I tried out the class, I loved it! Everyone is encouraging, friendly and there's a great sense of community around the place. I have since joined up full time and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Absolutely amazing coach and team, like being a part of a family, coach Sean and his team really know there stuff. Don't know how I'd got through this last few months with out there support , both at the gym and via zoom classes .

Highly reccomend this gym. There's a real sense of community and everyone is always encouraging you to do your best. The classes are small so you feel like you are getting a 1-2-1 session. Sean the Head Coach is very welcoming and no two sessions are ever the same so you never get bored
