Numerous spillages/ breakages

Unfortunately, I had to terminate my contract with Project 360 as there were multiple breakages/ spillages that were not rectified or reported. I understand that these things happen, but expect them to be reported to me straight away and, where possible, rectified. For example, a stain was made on the rug which was left until I raised it and asked for it to be removed. It was, demonstrating that it could have been rectified as soon as it happened. There were a number of examples of this, and I terminated the contract when a sentimental item was damaged but not reported. I also had a dispute with the accounts department, and found the approach from the corporate side unresponsive and unproffesional.
