After numerous visits (expensive visits I would like to add) from other "leading drainage services" I was recommended pro- drains by a colleague who had used them at home. The engineers had state of the art CCTV equipment which easily located the blockage in our sewer system. We were given a thorough explanation & a very reasonable quote for works required. I cannot recommend this company enough. The engineers were knowledgeable and polite & carried out maintenance & repairs with minimal interruption and the issues with backlogged drains has finally been resolved. Five star service all the way, I certainly wouldn't waste time & money going anywhere else in the future

The toilets and sinks gave off a horrible smell in our office, mainly on the first floor but the second wasn't great either. You couldn't even run water without it kicking up. We had tried everything, bottles of bleach, air fresheners you name it we tried it. We got in contact with the guys down at Pro Drains, they carried out A CCTV survey of the drains, and managed to find out exactly what the problem was, and got it fixed. I can now say we have got NO smell coming from our toilets, sinks and drains, and all the blockages gone! They gave us loads of information on what had happened and how to prevent a build up in future. Really happy at the professional and friendly guys that came down and got it all sorted for us.
