I have persevered using Ariel 3 in 1 pods for some time but I am now giving up because the pods just do not "melt" in the wash. I don't know how many times I have found residue of pods inside sleeves and outside of garments, they leave a sticky jelly like mass on the garments. I will not be buying them anymore. They are not suitable for the wash.

Sick & tired of getting gel residue all over my clothes (regardless of the fabric) also always blue residue left in dispenser cup - Ariel gel ‘cleans brilliantly even in a cold wash’ er...no!!!
Please do something about this!

I have just purchased an Old Spice set containing after shave and a deodorant. The cubic capacity of the box worked out at 2386 cu.cm. and the actual cubic capacity of the two containers was 900 cu.cm. This is more than two and a half times larger than is required. There was also an unnecessary plastic container in the box to support the two containers.Old Spice does not need a huge box to attract attention.
Think of the savings that could be made in production by making the box far smaller (without the need of a plastic inner). Also, and more importantly how much less waste would end up in landfill

Your Gillette Serues sensitive shave gel is an excellent product. However it is let down by the can:
Thanks can seems to be made from galvanised steel, but in the humidity of a bathroom/shower the galvanizing quickly fails and the base of the can rusts, leaving stubborn stains. I've had this in a ceramic shower tray and on a painted windowsill. Such a shame . I now stand the cans in a smalk wooden cup.
Please either improve the galvanizing or change to an aluminium can, like the Nivea cans.
