Cannot fault the service from Nick- he went to my elderly parents house for me the same day as I called him and completed the job. My parents commented on what a great guy Nick is and the job he did was 5 star- highly recommended.

I am about to put my house on the market, so some decorating and DIY needs to be done. I considered getting a new stair carpet as mine has spills from the kids taking drinks upstairs and paint marks where we did the bannister. The lounge carpet was also filthy after the previous owners' dog and our cats walking mud in, and lots of soft drinks and tea spilt on it. I have always thought that tea stains can't be removed from fibres as the tannins stain - not true!

I decided not to get new carpets, just see what a difference a clean made. Well, the result has been fantastic. All the stains are gone, and Nick's clean has transformed a tired, dirty beige carpet into something people could live with. It actually looks new - though it is at least 5 years old. It's made the whole room look so much better, I'm glad I got Nick in to clean it first - saved me hundreds of pounds!
