Poor standards

Had our garden done by pro block nearly 5 years ago. Was never finished properly due to grouting being missed. Promised to drop it off, never did. Now all the grouting is coming out and slabs moving as they weren’t laid properly and still within the 5 year guarantee. Contacted Terry over a month ago and he promised to rectify the problem. Keeps saying he’ll be in touch and never has. Very disappointing as a guarantee is a guarantee and should be upheld. All we wanted was the problem sorting.

Fab drive. Beamish harvest cobble with grey trim. Quote within 24 hrs and done 3 weeks later. 3 very hardworking men project managed by terry the owner. Very pleased with end result. Looks great. Would definitely use this company again. Paid on completion of job. (Fairfield the crescent sunniside)

Broken concrete path taken up and relaid in Indian sandstone flags. Work completed on schedule and to an excellent standard. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend this company
