• The engineer will explain to you in detail what the problem is and give you a price to complete the work.

• If you’re happy with the price you can give him the go ahead to complete the work.

• The engineer will repair the problem quickly and to a very high standard.

• You can pay on the day with cash, cheque, card or bank transfer. Once this is done you’ll get a 12 months guarantee and 10% off any future work.

We wont be beaten on price and we certainly wont be beaten on quality.

First hour - £35 No VAT. No Call out fee.

Every following hour - £25 No VAT.

Between 7pm and 7am - £45 No VAT

Landlord safety cert – starting from £40 No VAT

Boiler servicing - £40 No VAT

Standard drain unblock - £60 No VAT
