Thank you to Gwen for processing my refund swiftly and very professionally. However, this refund was due to the fact that i bought a Vauxhall mokka and it was returned on 3 occasions within 17 days of purchasing with the same fault. I am now out of pocket and no vehicle. Very disappointed with the service and the fact no courtesy car was ever offered. Poor customer service and poor quality of vehicle sold.

BMW 3 series purchased from Dave

Can't fault the process of buying a used car from priory car sales. Test drove the bmw 3 series I was interested in and could tell Dave was a very genuine man. It's a nice family run business!
I've had the car a week now and it's running perfectly! I would buy from priory car sales again!

Sells mechanically unsafe cars

This car sales in Penwortham sells badly repaired and mechanically unsafe cars. They get confrontational when you take the car back and question them. They had the chance to sort the problem but they refused it.
