Absolutely brilliant. Called to see about a repair for my mums cooker. I explained what was happening, rather than charging call out fees immediately, he offered some advice to try first. It worked. Glad there are still decent businesses around that would do that instead of seeing the £ signs first. Thank you so much!

Great service

We've used this company for several years to install and service our boiler and they've always been friendly and helpful.

We recently moved home and had a couple of leaks in quick succession due to poor plumbing left from the previous owners. Priority Home Services fitted us in both times despite full diaries and sorted out the problems quickly and for a reasonable cost. The receptionist/ administrator is always so lovely too which really makes a difference.

Highly recommend this company if you need a plumber / boiler.

Can recommend this company after a boiler service today. Initial call answered quickly and efficiently, three days later work completed satisfactorily and at very reasonable cost. Met every expectation re promised time and prior phone call. Thank you.

Boiler breakdown

When our ageing Worcester Bosch boiler broke last weekend (in a house with a wife and two small children) I knew it was a race against time to get it fixed. We first called the Worcester-Bosch hotline for an engineer to come out for a one-off fee. We were told there would be a two week wait but were given the Priority Home Service number to try. I was delighted when PHS said they could send someone out the same day (a Saturday). A plumber called Richard called to ask for our boiler's serial number and said he would try to obtain the most obvious part from the supplier. When he was going to be delayed he called to inform us. When he did arrive, he was very professional, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He took the boiler apart quickly and tested everything. The boiler was working again within two hours and he paid half the fee that W-B would have charged. Very pleased with the service and very grateful to PHS to get the boiler fixed!!
