They consulted me how to best approach my urgent requirement and gave me a great solution, effortlessly printing extra prints until the required size and quality was met. So annoyed at be duped - wrong size and poor quality

Purchased a Performance T-shirt but It most definitely is NOT a UK size xxl - far bigger and most UK websites selling GILDAN PERFORMANCE T-SHIRT state that the sizes are US and will be a size bigger. Misrepresented the description and I can`t believe your customer satisfaction rating is not far lower than it currently is. I am so annoyed at be duped and it costing me money to sort out! Most sites selling the US garment say "As an American brand, the standards can be different than the European ones. This article may size larger". Just responded with this is the items style. It looks like a poorly shaped, oversize cheap cotton T-shirt - far from the described performance wicking T-shirt!!! Stay clear of this brand.

Good luck to them even being in business in a week

Extremely unhelpful. Rang Monday asked questions. Tried to get printing done on Thursday and they’re closed. Rang and apparently you now need an appointment..... you’d think if you want business you’d tell a customer. As a result I’d like to spread that this is probably a business on it’s way out!

Personal Service with Great Results!

I had a jumper printed here and, I have to say, the whole experience was great. It came out even better than I expected and for a great price - so I'd definitely go back. Shumail is a super nice guy too - even opened up especially for me at short notice. He knew exactly what I'd want and took a lot of care over it to make sure it'd come out perfect - which it did! It was a quick turnaround, no fuss, and just very professional all round. I'd definitely recommend.
