1I needed a document and they printed everything upside down and blamed it on the way the document was scanned. I have been trying to contact them numerous times via email, with screenshots of better quality websites to emphasise my point and to request a refund. They have refused to respond to any of my emails which is incredibly unprofessional. So to anyone that is thinking of using their services, please don't. There is a 99% chance you will be disappointed.
That's a shame, I've never had a problem with this company. Perhaps there was in fact a problem with the way your graphics were scanned. They don't usually lie or come up with excuses.
I'm happy it worked out for you! I'm not necessarily saying they do not have experience. I just find it really really unprofessional that they have not responded to me at all! And they tried to charge me a very very high price and then they lowered it. I also tried an online service and they managed to do everything for me at a lower price and better quality. I don't understand why they chose not to even reply, I thought that was really rude. And I won't be using the service again
