I was really impressed with the service provided by Ed who very kindly at short notice came to my flat and provided an outstanding result cleaning all my carpets back to new considering the tenants had left stains I thought could not come out. Highly recommend him and his Proffessional manner.

Ed cleaned all our carpets last week that were in serious need of some TLC after some decorating work in the house. I couldn't have been happier - Ed was absolutely determined to tackle the most difficult of stains and wouldn't give up until he felt he had done the very best he could. Ed was really personable and worked incredibly hard. He even helped my husband take in a very heavy delivery that happened to arrive on the same day! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ed.

My neighbour & I used this company today to clean our carpets. Ed had previously visited to see what needed to be done & gave us an acceptable quote. Today he arrived on time & cleaned my neighbour's carpets first & then he did mine in the afternoon. The result in both houses was AMAZING, our carpets now look like new. This was proven when I moved a grand daughter clock in the hallway which revealed a patch which showed the original colour of the carpet ......when Ed had finished that patch couldn't be seen as the whole carpet was back to its original colour. Both myself & my neighbour ((they don't have a computer to post their own review) cannot rate Primokleen & Ed highly enough & his charge is very, very good value for money. We will both use him again in the future without hesitation

Ed is absolutely brilliant. I had an end of tenancy carpet clean, he was flexible at short notice, and the carpet looked like new with some nasty stains coming up spotless. He's very professional, and also really personable and lovely to chat to (which makes a difference when a stranger comes into your house I think). He even offered to help me move some boxes as I was moving out that day. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Ed!
