Stressful
1Second appointment was made for 11am the work didn’t get started till 2PM. He blamed this on the delivery driver for the fence. Takes no responsibility what so ever.
He noticed my other panels were upside down and offered to flip them over but because I didn’t offer extra pay he decided not to.
When making payment this guy had the cheek to assume he could keep £10 change as a tip. When I told him to give me my change and if anything I should be taking money off he had the cheek ask well whys that.
I texted asking with my email asking for an invoice. This guys response “well I can now since you’ve sent me the email this guy has serious attitude problems. Wouldn’t recommend
Prime Haven are sorry that you had a bad experience and I've just reviewed the job list the job was in order to repair fence it did not include flipping over any other panels at all once again sincere apologies for the confusion the job was completed paid in full extra rubbish was moved which was not necessary prime Haven the guys remove the rubbish out of courtesy has the rubbish was not part of the job once again sincere apologies as as the customer was very tired and was complaining that it had not much sleep when the material was turned up he thought the panel was dirty it was treated and better quality prime Haven will only supply good quality materials
